Emotional space of words and objects

 

 

As an art based research in qualitative inquiry, this project represents a process of writing and reading of the author. Taking language as a starting point, which provides the diversity and variety of re-presentation, this work tends to illustrate the Essence.

 

Taking emotions as something that is universal and close to every person a series of works follows the absence of certain emotions by presenting others with a need to transfer them into a physical matter and become visually present.

Handmade books are maps of emotions daily recorded over past seven months. Following the process of de-familiarization this research tends to place perception as a space in between.
